So, I needed some fashion-y pictures for my portfolio to apply to SCAD. My pretty friend Kris Benton was kind enough to come back from LA and do some modeling for me.

Cory Kennedy is designing a line of clothes for Urban Outfitters, so says a friend of mine at NYLON.
They've already got Mark shooting pictures of shoes, why not let Cory make a line of clothes?

Marc loves MIA

Juergen Tellers, i'm not impressed. As happy as I am that MIA is getting recognition from Marc Jacobs in the Spring/Summer 2008 Marc by Marc Jacobs Ads, she does not look her best there. That may be Tellers style, but its a disgrace to MIA- shes so much prettier in real life!

The second picture is kind of cute, but the first is HORRIBLE. She looks short and stalky, neither of which she is. Her skin looks horrible, and she looks like she stumbled on stage half drunk and hungover from the night before. I mean, i get the whole "i party" look but a line needs to be drawn when it makes the person look really horrible.

So, i have a pet rabbit, and i love him to death. and I'm a member of PETA, and i'm a vegan. And i don't believe in wearing fur, but i do like it and wear fake versions. however, this video they make totally serves no purpose. It picks fun of the other cast members and I think it's totally inappropriate. Watch it and decide for yourself

Gryson for Target

well, thank God I decided not to drop 800 dollars on a Gryson bag a few years ago, because at some point this year, she will release an accessories/bags collection for Target!

These bags are my FAVORITE bags. Softest leather, best colors and details like Gold ID tags and intense braids.
Joy Gryson used to work and design for Marc Jacobs, personally, I like her bags better. And i don't like anything less than Marc Jacobs.. they're seriously that good. see?

clutch it

Not surprising, Mary Kate was the first to start this trend when she brought this clutch to a David Yurman event back in October. While she prefers Prada, Moss chooses the YSL Catwalk Nubuck Bag...coming in at a grand total of $1595.

These bags are great choices because you can take them to a club (hilary) while on a walk with your boyfriend (ashlee), to a dinner date (moss) or a dressy event (mary kate). Not all of these ideas may be the best for you...but whatever you want to do with these bags works. They can be casual or elegant and easily worn with anything.
